    187 rsms cook wa

Hi guys It has been about 13 months since I lodged my visa as a cook. I’ve got requested for medical checkup 2 days ago, but my colleague who lodged visa before me has his nomination rejected 4 days ago. I thought my nomination will be rejected as well but I got requested for medical so I got really confused. Do you think my nomination is safe or not? When CO is assigned? Do you think the person who send me the “s56 request for more information” is my CO? When CO is assigned, can I tell my nomination is passed? I thought they only request further information when the nomination is cleared. My immiaccount says the status is still “recieved” . No “initial assessment” or “further assessment”. I’m really worried that my nomination will be rejected after paying $hundreds for medical check. Is it possible for my nomination to be clear when the other nomination is recently rejected at the same workplace? Give me some thoughts please! Cheers
  2. hi all. I found out this morning that my visa was refused. This is the way, I could fight it but I have had enough of the paper work hassle and I think I might as well head back and reapply at a lter date with some better credentials. anyway, my question. I have been in oz for 5 years, working holiday,2x 442's and the last 7 months on a bridging visa whilst they processed my 457. Is it possible to get a tourist visa after reject of 457? I have 28 days left on the bridging visa and I would like to see out christmas and the new year before having to return to UK. cheers
  3. Hi I've accepted a new job with an Australian employer and am starting with them in November in Sydney We've started the process of working out what to take and decluttering/selling/dumping the rest I have heard a few stories about what Australian customs reject or slow up - just wanted to check a few questions about that I'm guessing that everything that gets used outdoors has to be spotlessly clean - so garden furniture, garden tools, pushbikes, outdoor toys and so on. Is there anything in that category that just always gets rejected so I may as well not bother packing (I doubt a lawnmower will ever clean up sufficiently, for example)? The other thing that worries me is wooden indoor furniture. In the UK we have a very old house with quite a bit of antique furniture. None of it has live woodworm, but a fair bit has been subject to woodworm attack in the past. Anyone know what if anything we have to do to get that through? Also any other hidden traps I might not know about? All advice gratefully received TIA
  4. Hi Good day:wubclub: I applied for QLD SS yesterday and my occupation is civil engineer which is given in SOL3 and therefore, I am eligible to apply for QLD SS. I have around 10 years of experience in construction of buildings and pipelines:cute: I sent my CV to recruiting companies to evaluate the job market but unfortunately did not get any positive answer except a few which mentioned they will keep my CV in their data base for any available job vacancies in the future. Now. I am a little bit worried as I think QLD immigration department may forward my CV to the employers and get the same reply from them and refuses my application due to unavailability of job vacancies for my skills and experience Now my question is HOW DO STATES EVALUATE AN APPLICATION TO CHECK WHETHER THE APPLICANT IS DESERVES SS OR NOT? Do they refere to the employer or they only evaluate the applicant as per their certain criteria such as work experience, enough funds ....:eek:

I would like to share my experience maybe that refer you I don’t know What will do after this time maybe I will apply boilermaker4122-11 Statement of reason: To be assessed as a Supervisor an applicant must first be recognized under a skill pathway and also possess at least three years post-recognition supervisory experience involving qualified tradespersons. The applicant’s qualification is not considered to be trade level training and research conducted during the verification process for the training indicates that it is not a part of the Technical and Vocational Education system in Greek. Therefore the application fails to demonstrate the completion of formal vocational training. Please refer to Section 10.3 of the Uniform Assessment Criteria (UAC). The evidence in the application indicates that the applicant was performing the duties of a Manager rather than a Supervisor. Additional details of the specific duties and tasks performed by the applicant as a supervisor. I got this letter I need advise Can I apply boilermaker even I worked as boilermaker in Au as well.
