  1. Hi everyone! If anyone could help me with the following enquiry I'll be thankful!: Migratory agents have access to the Country Education Profile (CEP) of each country, where they can see to which category a university belongs and according to that, they can check wether a 4 or 5 year degree like a Bachelor for instance (in my case from Argentina), is equivalent to an Australian Bachelor degree or Diploma. To have access, they pay an annual membership (I read it in another forum). For what I have been researching, also any individual (not an agent) could access to the CEP paying for an annual membership that allows to see the info of the country you are interested in. Have anyone used this service, and could tell me how does it work? E.g. In that year (membership), can you do several consults from several carrers? What information is shown when you consult? Also, I haven't fully understood the following: Is there a list of universities that are "recognised institutions" and if the case university is not recognised you could not apply for an assessment by any means? or, Does the fact of having a degree from a university that is not within the "recognised institutions" just imply that the degree could be considered as a lower degree (e.g A Bachelor being recognised as a Diploma in Australia)? Thank you for any help or comment that you could provide me . Regards, Pampa

  4. Hi Everyone I found this website to be very useful for checking out suburbs to live in etc. I hope it helps you too. http://www.rpdata.net.au/ Then click on free Suburb Profile and get your report, it contains heaps of information. Apparently it provides all the below information. DEMOGRAPHICS (Source: The last Australian Census) Age Sex Ratio This graph displays the Age to Sex Ratio for the suburb in 10 year bands. This is then compared to the local municipality to give you a comparison against a larger sample set. Household Income (%) This graph displays the yearly income brackets for the residents in the suburb in $20k bands. Is the suburb full of people with large disposable incomes? Household Structure This graph displays the makeup of households as a percentage of the total suburb population. Couples with Children; Childless Couples, Single Parents, Lone Households, Group Households, Other. Household Occupancy This graph displays the various types of occupancy as a percentage of the total suburb population. Owns dwelling outright; Renting; Purchasers; Other. HOUSE STATISTICS: (Source: RP Data proprietary and Valuer General ) RP Data is tracking detailed statistics on 30 million properties around the country. That is why we are Australia's number one property information service. Below are some of the statistics available for your suburb. Hi, can anyone help me with uploading a profile photo? The FAQ say that they have to be a maximum size (around 9KB?) and all my photos are much bigger than that! How do I make them small enough? Thank you!
