    Gov Maternity pay and RRV

    Hi I wondered if anyone had any info and this and could help me: I lived in Australia in 2011 as a Permanent Resident for two years. I came back on a Return Resident Visa in April 2022. (With a few holidays in between the years to visit family here) My question is do I count as a new Permanent resident visa holder again and do I have to wait the two years for government maternity pay? Or legally have I been a permanent resident since 2011? Many thanks!
