Cedric posted a topic in EducationHi everybody. I haven't been online for a while. Hope you people are all doing alright  As the thread's title suggests, I will start a postgraduate degree online from january on in order to diversify my skills and job opportunities when in Australia. Being interested in environmental management, I have considered so far the following providers: Maquarie, UNE, university of Newcastle and Edit Cowan, all proposing online postgraduates courses in environmental or wildlife management. I have so far search trough this site http://www.gooduniguide.com.au/ and e-mailed all the providers to get more informations, but since the required investment is huge I would be interested to learn about other people experiences or advices, comments on e.g reputation, things I should be aware of, etc.. Thanks in advance :notworthy:, Cedric

Hello everyone, Im coming up to the end of my undergraduate degree in the uk and was thinking about doing a postgraduate course in Australia. Im an Australia citizen and passport holder as my family were granted citizenship when we lived in Perth when i was young. Ive lived in the uk since and it must be about 19-20 years ago we were there. So I basically would like to know if it differs from the uk in regard to what funding is available to me with regards to loans for postgraduate study. thanks.
Hi All, i am just about to put an application in for a postgraduate student visa in australia and i wondered if i have to declare my two children 6 and 3 (from a previous relationship and we were never married). I haven't seen them for a while and they will not be coming with me, and they will not be visiting either. i have read through the documentation and it seems quite confusing: "All members of your family unit must be declared on your application whether or not they intend to travel to Australia at any time. A member who is not declared will not be eligible for entry to Australia as your family unit member, except for a person who becomes a member after your application was decided" I don't want to put the wrong thing on the visa and for it come back and bite me, but i also don't want my visa declined because of this. Does anyone have any suggestions or had any experience about this? any help would be greatly appreciated. MrT
