Hi, First of all, many thanks for taking the time to read my message. This is my first post on the forum so please be lenient on me. I am looking for a flat share in Sydney that costs in the range of $400/- per month. Ideally, I would have a bedroom to call me own. But if you think $400/- per month is scraping the bottom of the barrel, feel free to suggest a price and I'll see if I can afford it. Don't hold back just because of the price!!! A bit about me: I am a 32 years old Pakistani guy who has been granted a permanent residence visa recently. I am looking to move to Sydney at the end of September or beginning of October 2012. I am neat, tidy, amicable, and fun to be around with; that said, I do value my personal quiet time a lot. I DO NOT smoke and would like a flatmate who won't smoke in the house. I like to cook and bake and am always interested in learning new recipes. The pic in my profile is the apple pie which I made from scratch... hopefully that will act as an incentive And oh, I am a practicing Muslim and strictly follow the Halal restrictions. And finally, I am totally not a dog person. I will be looking to settle down so I will be using the house address on the drivers license etc. and will be looking to find a job ASAP. So you can expect I'll be around for at least an year - but don't hold me on that!!!
