Hi there We arrived in Darwin not long ago and now need to buy some household items we haven't shipped over from the UK. One thing we need v soon is a lawn mower. We have an averaged size suburbon lawn so don't need anything special - can anyone suggest a good place to buy one and a reasonable price? We've made some initial enquiries and looked in Bunnings and Big W but the mowers seem pretty expensive and many of them just seem to big for our needs. any advice much appriciated. cheers Jo

Just wondering if any one knows of any companys and the cost involved in hiring a ride on mower ? I am sick of paying our gardener, and not got the spare cash to buy a mower yet. we are in the Caboolture area of Brisbane. Many thanks in advance

greenfield ride on mower for sale. this mower will can be taken away after mid march, but using up until this time, cracking little mower with a briggs and stratton engine, 4 stroke, runs like a dream, easy to use, and to maintain, we live on 1.25 acres and takes about 3 hours to complete the job, would not even consider doing it by hand. Hi guys, We leave for Ballarat, Victoria on August 25th (*gulp*) with our one way tickets! We had planned on taking our petrol mower (it was quite expensive and is not old) but I'm worried that Customs might take a dim view. Does anyone have any experience / advice? Thanks! Andy
