I'm currently training to be a hypnotherapist and am seeking volunteers who would like to experience a free session. Hypnotherapy can be used to help you with stress and relaxation, study habits and concentration, insomnia, public speaking, smoking, weight loss and anxiety. Alternatively, you could experience what it is like to be hypnotised and enjoy a relaxing experience. I certainly know from my experience of the big move, it's a bit stressful! A session will take up to an hour of your time and would take place at a private consulting room in my training college based in Elsternwick. It's a government accredited course and I've done a lot of studying and practising so I would really appreciate your help. If you would like a free hypnotherapy session, please contact me!
ozzbound posted a topic in Aussie ChatMy husband has stopped smoking for the like 5th time since we got here.... Anyway he has tried the patches, the tablets from the doctor (where you choose which day you stop) they worked until he ran out of them :wideeyed: SO NOW we are thinking of hypnosis as he obviously has NO WILLPOWER!!! We are on the peninusula in Melbourne but would travel anywhere really!!!!!!!!! Please give all views both positive and negative or what worked/didn't work for you. BTW I stopped 5 years ago, cold turkey and never looked back so i am at the end of my tether with himmmmmmm:mad: Thankyou xxx
Hi We are hoping to emigrate to Adelaide next year on a 475 visa. However, I have one major concern. I hate flies, moths, bees, wasps, daddy longlegs - in fact anything that can fly! So much so that I am thinking about having hypnotherapy before emigrating. I also don't like spiders, snakes etc, but wouldn't run from the room if I saw one. If a wasp comes through the window I run a mile! :arghh: Can anyone shed any light on what 'beasties' we can expect in Adelaide? Also, has anyone had hypnotherapy or similar for this kind of irrational fear - did it work or not? Also, is the sea off Adelaide safe to swim in - what is the situation with sharks? Any information would be much appreciated. Thanks! KC
