MARYROSE02 posted a topic in Chewing the fat'Fluff' was backed up all the way through the tube and poking its head out of the mouth of my vacumn. (Can a head poke out of a mouth, though?) As a bloke who lives on his own, my standards of cleanliness are somewhat 'relaxed' and I was quite content to generate a 'protective layer' between my carpet and my feet. It actually reminded me rather nostalgically of walking through the leaves on an Autumn day in The New Forest. I did consider being proactively 'green' and started to extract stuff out of the old bag until I realized I had a spare one.
swifty99 posted a topic in Shipping and RemovalsHi all due to move out to Melbourne in just over 5 weeks and need to ship a few small items like our george hoover and few pots pans glasses and some clothes so only need about 3 boxes, can you please recommend a cheap reliable shipper to use. Many thanks
Hi All, Not implying anyone is a dirty bugger or anything like that but do you use hoovers in Oz? I was mopping my floors today and it occured to me that in Oz we want to rent a house with no carpets as I have asthma and we have 3 dogs, so carpets are unhealthy and unpractical for us. So... only need mop and bucket right???...... or Wrong??? Im really trying to avoid the cost of buying another Dyson, will have to leave my one here as we are renting out the house. Can i survive without a hoover or will the clean police arrive :policeman:
Has anyone shipped a hoover? What did you do about cleaning it? I am concerned that it just isn't possible to get all the dust out because you can't hose it down obviously! It's a traditional style and has a cloth conection pipe to the bag and there is quite a build up in there. It's a really expensive 'professional' one so I'd hate to leave it behind! Advice please!
