  1. Hi, We are offering our flat to rent due to a moving overseas (we are breaking our lease). It's a big duplex located near to tram and buses (the city is 15 min away) and Glenelg Jetty road (lots of shops and supermarket). In the first floor you'll find the living room, dining room, kitchen and the laundry (with a second toilet). Upstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms with built-in-robe and the bathroom. One of the bedroom is very spacious (you can easily fit 2 king size bed) and the second one is slightly smaller (you can fit a queen size bed and still have space). In the bathroom there is shower, a bathtub, toilet, and a sink with a large cupboard (lot of storage). The flat can be furnished (we are selling our furnitures). It will be available the 2nd of april for a 6 or 12 months lease with Mc Cammon real estate agency. If you are interested and want to visit it feel free to contact us on 0439 901 976 ! ps : we are also selling all our furnitures

I met Mark in the UK (Bradford, W/Yorks) and then moved over, I have just got back after spending 3 months there. It would be great to meet some pommies in the area, iam not working so iam free for coffee if anyone would like to meet up.:chatterbox: Thanks Julie (aged 43yrs)

  5. Hi guys We are selling our Glenelg Beach townhouse. Price has been reduced by $25k. It's ideal for a first home - 2 bedrooms - nice & peaceful & secure. It's been rented out for the past year as holiday accommodation and has had rave reviews. The strata management no longer allow holiday accommodation there so we've decided to sell up. We're willing to sell it with the quality furniture if the buyer wants it (new leather lounge suite, 42" plasma, slay queen bed, 2 singles, new fridge/washing machine etc). It has a distinctive English feel to it (that's why I bought it in the first place, it reminded me of my home in London!). If this sounds like your thing give me a call on 0438204074. We are looking to settle 31 January 2010. It achieves 10% return fully furnished so it's a good investment too.
  6. I'm selling my 2 bedroom townhouse 150m from Glenelg Beach and located in a secure, peaceful group. This would be perfect for a couple or small family immigrating to Adelaide. It comes with or without the quality furniture. I have professional photos I can send - please contact me if you'd like to know more. Cheers Sue

    Anyone in Adelaide?

Hi all, We are new to this forum as we are at the beginning of the migration process, we are a family with 3 boys, age ranging from 5-13 - we originally wanted to move to Caloundra, Queensland, but if we go down the skills route, we can only go to South Australia. We need to be near the coast - so are there any of you out there living in Adelaide, Glenelg, Brighton, that could give us some honest opinions, school, work, life etc? Any information would be greatly appreciated - Nikki
