  1. :smile:Hi everyone, well we think we have chosen where to live in Sydney well we would like to live in Baulkam hills but its a bit too pricey. So we have chosen Stanhope gardens. What i wanted to know is there any of you that are all ready living there or thinking of the same areas or has anyone got any views on both areas good or bad. What are the schools like, shopping centre, how far away from beach, we think Manly is about 40 min away. You know the usual questions, thankyou in advance everyone.:wubclub:

Snakes at Schools and in Gardens

Hi All Just a quick reminder to please make your children aware of snakes around your garden and at schools. Today at my sons school there was a Tiger Snake and some of the children were taunting it with sticks, unfortunately these children are new to Australia and are obviously not aware of the danger they face. Most of Australias snakes are venomous and can prove fatal. Saying this I have not seen a snake (apart from working with Wildlife Victoria) in the 4 years I have been here, yes I know they are around but they usually keep away from people.:wubclub:
