Hi, We are currently looking into moving to australia, after reading an email about a couple moving back to UK only after 2 weeks due to the problems he was facing with being an electrician, we were wondering after my husband has 10 years experience as a CNC Setter and Operator and we are wondering if or when we come to australia his he going to be asked to complete exams etc so that he can get full pay for his work. Are there any setters out there who have moved to oz, if so, can you please tell us what problems you faced when you got out there regarding your work/job etc. We are really struggling to get all the correct information from people, and we were really excited about the possible move to oz, however when I read the story of the electrician I can't stop thinking maybe my husband too may have problems with getting a job. Any advice from setters please. thanks Natasha:unsure:
