Hi
I've just been offred a job in Melbourne but the clawback clause seems really harsh. I've done lots of relocations and this one seems excessive - if I leave in one year I pay back 100%, if I leave within 12 to 24 months I pay back 50%.
And the costs include all the usual flights and shipping cost but also any LAHA and the visa application costs.
Is this normal? did others experience the same? I do expect a clawback - but only on shipping costs and with a sliding scale of percentages.
Any advice greatly appreciated!
