2 bedroom house between Maryborough and Mackay to rent November 1st -13

Hi! I am looking for a cheap but proper pet friendly 2 bedroom house to rent somewhere between Mackay and Maryborough QLD from November 1st 2013. Would be very nice if it is situated within a distance not more than 3-4 miles from the coast. Within the coastal area it will most likely be way too expensive, I assume...... The maximum of rent I can afford to pay is $200/week. No doorsteps outside or inside wanted. Prefer vinyl floor covering concerning the dogs. Would appreciate a fenced garden.... I need to move in with my two tiny chihuahuas November 1st when they will be released from the quarantine. I arrive at Rockhamton end of September and have booked for a month at Emu Beach Resort. Anyone out there who can give me a good answer??? -
Hello everyone, My partner and I are moving to Mandurah from the start of october, Visa and job all sorted but I am worried about the rent market, My question is for a max of $450 a week hopefully lower :biggrin: will it be hard to get a lease fast? We have 10 days booked into a hotel so we can look for perm accommodation, It must have air con and be nice. I will be starting work after that and want to have our place sorted as fast as possible. Any advice would be great, Can't wait for the move but the renting does worry me so please dip in with your thoughts.
