In order to assure the highest levels of quality work and productivity from employees, it will be our policy to keep all employees well trained through our program of Special High Intensity Training (S.H.I.T). We are trying to give employees more S.H.I.T than anyone else. If you feel that you do not receive your share of S.H.I.T on the job, please see your manager. You will be immediately placed at the top of the S.H.I.T list, and our managers are especially skilled at seeing that you get all the S.H.I.T you can handle. Employees who do not take their S.H.I.T will be placed in Departmental Employee Evaluation Programs (D.E.E.P S.H.I.T) Those who fail to take D.E.E.P S.H.I.T seriously will have to go to Employee Attitude Training (E.A.T S.H.I.T). Since our managers took S.H.I.T before they were promoted, they do not have to do S.H.I.T anymore, as they are all full of S.H.I.T already. If you are full of S.H.I.T, you may be interested in a job training others. We can add your name to our Basic Understanding Lecture List (B.U.L.L S.H.I.T) Those who are full of B.U.L.L S.H.I.T will get the S.H.I.T jobs, and can apply for promotion to Director of Intensity Programming (D.I.P S.H.I.T) If you have further questions, please direct them to our Head Of Training, Special High Intensity Training (H.O.T S.H.I.T) Thank you, Boss in General (B.I.G S.H.I.T) Made me laugh. May be an old one, but I've not seen it before.
Apparently what we are experiencing is "ex tropical cyclone Olga" I don't have a clue what that means but it is POURING with (much needed) rain here and blowing a gale. Not like anything I have experienced before. Some places up the coast and some others inland have had flooding. We aren't in danger here as we are half way up a hill. I suppose we might be at risk of losing our roof, but I doubt it! It's cooler but still hot. Had to walk a very reluctant Buddy (dog) last night and although it was dark etc I was still only in shorts and blouse. Was a bit worried though as I couldn't see whether there were any cane toads out and about and that is one of my major fears for Bud over here. The green frogs are out and about and croaking to one another. They are SOOOOOOO loud Here's a sound file: http://frogsaustralia.net.au/frogs/calls/wma/litoria_caerulea.wma We also got "buzzed" by a HUGE fruit bat. Buddy was quite alarmed. It's an exciting life!! But I guess I don't sound quite so smug tonight do I? Still think it beats snow. We may even get thunder today. It's OHs birthday today. Looks like the cinema today, not a swim. hey ho. family coming round tonight for pizza and drinks.
Has anyone had the same experience. Told both sets of parents we were moving to Brisbane - both very pleased for us and told us to go and what a great opportunity it is. Now we are in the process of getting medicals done and really getting things moving. Everytime I mention it my parents now they go quiet and say "well you haven't gone yet". They now obviously do not want us to go!!!! what do I do?? Est
