    Hi everyone My mom and my sister (dependent over 18) have granted visa 173 last year. Now, they are living in Australia with me and we are going to apply for visa 143 by ourselves. My questions are: 1/ My sister need to be a dependent (under family’s sponsorship) to apply from 173 to 143 or not? Because in her visa, their only have one condition is “not marry before first entry” 2/ If my sister doesn’t study and she goes to work, can she get visa 143 granted? If anyone had the same situation or experienced about this can help us? Many thanks

    Hi all, Finally, my mom got 2nd VAC yesterday after 6 years 2.5months Applied visa 173 with dependency: 30/08/2016 Received request additional doc on 22/08/2022 Summit all on 06/09/2022 2nd VAC for both on 14/11/2022

    Don’t know why my mom applied visa 173 on 30/08/2016 still havent heard anything but alot ppl on Sept have received even it nearly done Sept. Anyone know?

    Hi, My mom applied for 173 visa, acknowledgement date 31/08/2016 but haven’t received anything yet. I asked my friend who applied for her mom before me 4 days and haven’t received any request too. But I saw some people applied 143 Visa in Sept have received further detail. My friend said it’s depends on agent we did. Dont know it’s right or not. Anyone same situation? Can give me some advice? Thanks
