Hi Everyone, My fiance and I had long distance relationship more than 5 years. We just want to prepare as much as we can because we can't wait to get marry and spend the rest of our lives together. Your experience and advice on below questions is much appreciated as I have prepared all the materials in months and really need help on below questions to finalize my evidence for submitting the application ASAP. (1). Description and File Name Document Type / Description / File Name show under each topic to attach file. Q : What is the meaning of "Description" under each topic as I don't know what to enter? Q : For File Name, did you add your name on the File Name, like " Passport - XXX "? Or "Passport" is good enough? (2). Intention to live as married couple We were not living together as we live and work in different countries. Not sure what kind of evidence to be attached here. Q : Any tips? (3). Photos It looks like photos should be put / categorised into different documents to show : "Met in person" - photos with fiance, e-tickets "Social Aspect" - photos travelling together, with families and friends Q : Is it more appropriated to do like this instead of putting all the photos by time sequence in one document, right? (4). WhatsApp Communication We have lots of communication which involve over thousandssss screenshots. Q : How many did you provide? Q : Did you put context to the message showing significant communication? All your experience and sharing is much appreciated.

Hi Everyone, I am applying the Prospective Marriage Visa offshore. For me (the applicant), I think that I have prepared all related documents like : - Identity documents (Birth Certificate, Passport, Passport Photo), - Evidence of relationship (Form 888, Photos, WhatsApp Message and Call Records), and - Character documents (Form 80 & Statutory Declaration) Of course, I still need to apply the CNCC after receipt their referral letter and do the Health Exam with the HAP ID they provide. For my fiance (the sponsor), it shows below documents are needed only : - Passpport - Birth Certificate - Passport Size of Photo - Australian National Police Certificate issued by Australian Federal Police - Written Consent (for Home Affairs to disclose any convictions for relevant offence to me) Would like to know if there is any other document is needed for both applicant and sponsor? Your help is much appreciated.

Hi Everyone, I will submit the online application of Prospective Marriage Visa offshore tomorrow. Your reply and information of below few questions would be much appreciated. (1). Character Statutory Declaration I have prepared and will submit the Form 80 Character Assessment. For the Statutory Declaration (made and signed before an authorised person), is it a must to be submitted which means I have to prepare now? Or wait for their further request to do so? (2). CNCC (Certificate of No Criminal Conviction) & Health Examination According to their website, a referral letter from the Department office is needed for applying the CNCC, and HAP ID is needed to make the appointment for Health Examination. So, I should wait for their further request to proceed these. Please correct me if my understand is not correct. Thank you. Hope you all have a nice weekend.

I feel excited and also worry if evidence that I have prepared are not good enough to get a granted visa. Maybe I am over thinking but I really appreciated your help on below questions or even give me some advice. Thank you. For WhatsApp message communication, if providing one screenshots per day for the past 6 years communication, it is over two thousand screenshots that exceed the limited size of 5MG. How many screenshots did you provide to show as communication evidence? Did you add some illustration next to certain WhatsApp screenshots to elaborate the content? For photos that we took together, with family and friends, and also parcel sending to each other, did you also add the illustration next to the photos? Appreciated all the help. Have a nice day.

Hi Everybody, Based on the Home Affairs website, I know that documents in different format can be uploaded for online application. I have looked at some blogs saying that .pdf format is more appropriated, some blogs saying that in .doc (Words) is better as they can look at the photos or screenshots files details. Just wonder which format should I prepare my documents, such as WhatsApp Communication Screenshots, Photos with Fiance, Emails of E-Tickets..... for submission. Your suggestion or experience would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Every one, I am applying the prospective marriage visa offshore. For Form 80 Character Assessment, I have query when answering question 22 as below. Part H - Proposed travel or further stay details Question 22 - Why are you travelling to Australia? Include any relevant dates or events So, the answer should be "To get marry with my fiance after my prospective marriage visa is approved", right? If I plan to apply Travel Visa seeing my fiance Dec 2022 or Jan 2023, should I also mention under this question? Thank you in advance for all your help.

Hi Everyone, It's a question about signature. I am applying the Prospective Marriage Visa, signature is needed on Form 80 Character Assessment and other statements for online application uploading. I would like to know : (1). Is it ok to insert the image of my handwritten signature in the pdf files ? Or (2). Wet signature is needed? Hi Everyone, I am applying the prospective marriage visa online and under question 18, they are asking : "Date applicant and sponsor committed to a shared life together to the exclusion of all others". Based on their explanation, date of commitment = Enter the date that the sponsor and the applicant considered they committed to a relationship to the exclusion of all others. Should I enter the engagement date? Or the date that I and my boyfriend said we would spend the rest of our life together? Thank you very much for all your help in advance.

Thank you very much and good to know. But I am not able to input much under those four aspects as my fiance and I live and work in different countries. Question #21 - Previous Relationship Details, if actual date cannot be found, can we guess to input the month and day?

Dear All, I am applying the Subclass 300 Prospective Marriage Visa offshore. I have below two questions when input the information under ImmiAccount. Question #18 - Relationship details - (1). Financial aspects of the relationship / (2). Nature of the household / (3). Social aspects of the relationship / (4). Nature of commitment Above four details have to be filled but I found that they have been mentioned under Partner Visa website (step by step guideline), NOT under Prospective Marriage Visa. Should I still input some information under these four aspects? Question #21 - Previous Relationship Details My fiance can only guess of the year of separation, he forgets the date of birth and date of relationship began and ended. How can I input the date under this question then? Thank you very much for all your help in advance.
