Hi, I did submit the Malaysia PCC initially, but it was not in Ministry of foreign affairs letter head. Since it was collected here in Australia thru their embassy, it was in High Commission Malaysia letter head. I think it is based on case officer, because I have been submitting the similar PCC for my 482 Visa.

Visa: 186 DE Sponsor: Non Accredited Code: Software Engineer (261313) Visa Applied Date: 06-Aug-2021 Nomination Approved: 02-Dec-2021 Location: Onshore NSW (Applicant & Dependants) s56 Request on 30-March-2022: Submit Malaysia PCC in different letter head s56 PCC document submitted on 19-Apr-2022 Currently in further assessment for almost 40 days. Not sure how long the processing would take further. Waiting patiently No other option other than that..
