Hi all, I thought id post our timeline to help give some guidance, everyone is different but might help some in similar situation to us. 21.4.22 - submitted for 309/100 for my wife (UK citizen). Started uploading docs and evidence straight away. 17.5.22 - request for further information (Medical and Police certificates) 31.5.22 - all info requested uploaded 01.6.22 - entered 'Further Assessment' stage. 16.6.22 - 309 & 100 granted. Bit of background......Im Aussie citizen, my wife is UK citizen. Been together since 2008, we had twins together 2011, married 2013, joint bank accounts since 2008, plenty of social events and trips away. Applied for twins Citizenship by Descent on 21.4.22, both approved 23.6.22. No agent used. Cheers

When uploading evidence, can photos be scanned in, added on a word document (3 or 4), saved as a PDF and uploaded as 1. Or do they need to be individual jpeg? Cautious of the max 100 docs. Cheers

Paul, you seem to be full of knowledge, should we apply for our UK police checks at this point or wait until after submitting? Also, I havent lived in Australia since 2005, do i (Australian Citizen) or my wife (UK Citizen) still have to get Australian Federal Police checks?

Hi, myself (sponsor) and wife have just gone through the partner visa application and it is just about complete and ready to submit. I have just logged in and began to work through sponsor application, got to page 4 to confirm critical information, clicked yes and next but received and error notice saying.... The related application details provided cannot be verified, check the details and amend if necessary. The application will not be able to continue. The details are all correct, is this because the partner visa hasn't been submitted and paid yet? Any advice/support appreciated

Hi all, new here. Quick bit of background... I was born in UK 1982. Moved to Australia 1991 granted Australian Citizenship in 2003, wife is British. Married since 2013, together since 2008. Twin 10 year old girls together, born in UK 2011. Im hoping some of you can help with a few questions... 1. We've pretty much completed my wifes application, just need to go through it with a fine tooth comb. When and how do we attach evidence? Is it after you click send? 2. Im applying for for Citizenship by Descent for my twins, should we get that first before sending the wifes visa application? I cant see any issues but if there was we would need to add them to wifes app. Can that be done after hers has been sent? 3. Does my sponsorship side of the application need to be sent at the same time as my wifes application? 4. We cannot move there until late July next year, i have notice some UK applications have been getting approved within 4 months. Should we hold off sending her application just in case its go through quickly? How long does she have to land in Australia to activate. Ill leave it as that for now. Im sure ill have more to ask in the future. Thanks in advance.
