  1. Thank you that was kind of my concern, they were overseas when we had submitted the application and paid the fees, however, they were supposed to travel and had not received acknowledgement at that time. I thought the applicant had to be offshore in order for the application to be acknowledged. Anyways, they are here with us and we have received the acknowledgement
  2. Thanks @wrussell I understood the complexity, the agent has already emailed the department and cc'ed me as well. All I'm asking is what else can we do? or should we just wait and cancel my parent's flights?
  3. The agent hasn't received it yet, that's why I'm panicking. They have emailed to the immigration department yesterday.
  4. @rammygirl, the application was sent by our MARA agent, I'm pretty sure the agent keeps track of things as the agent has handled our other applications as well. I will try calling them on 131 881.
  5. @purplealster We haven't received the application acknowledgement yet and we would like to receive it before they can fly out otherwise the application wouldn't be considered as valid if they are here in Australia. Is there a way to escalate just to get the application acknowledgement?

Hi, I have applied for 143 CPV and the documents were delivered to Perth office on 22nd November 2021, my parents are due to fly on 10th of December and we still haven't received any acknowledgement. Fees were paid on the 18th November, is there any email address/contact number where we can try to escalate?
