No I didn’t leave Australia at all but the first time I entered Australia with tourist visa,

I got my permanent residence on 11 May 2019 I entered Australia on 2 Dec 2017

Hi everyone Yesterday I completed 4 years in Australia without any absence when I started the application online When I reach page 6 it gives me message error as the attach photo above. I check the residency calculater and it gives me yes I am eligible on 2 Dec 2021 but it is not working I read some forums and they said I have to wait 1 week after eligible date I tried to call home affair but no response at all
