Happy to say that that my wife officially got her pr after 7 days of mine, earlier it was a system error today I got her grant letter. just a suggestion if someone can apply for priority base for their aat file please have a try on that as one of my friend got his aat done in 6 months as his daughter was offshore. once again a big thanks stay tight stay positive

Here is my timeline visa and nomination applied on 22 Dec 2017 me onshore wife offshore. Cook, QLD Refusal Dec 2018 Aat lodged Dec 2018 Aat opened and doc requested 22 july 2021 Hearing 3 Nov 2021 and nomination approved same day Doc requested S56, medical and Afp on 25 Nov 2021 submit everything on 21 dec 2021 No pcc no updated pte nothing asked for both of us Pr granted 24 Jan 2022. Jugraj most of the time nomination approval letter only goes to the boss.have a check on that and now a days it’s difficult to track how immi working their patterns are different all the time, as they are asking all the the documents like medical and afp that is the last step for granting pr so if you didn’t get your nomination I assume you will get all together

Jai bhole Finally the day has come. I have got My golden email today. Hope this will give some positive energy to everyone who are waiting for so long. The questions member has asked are is mainly for my boss. 1: term of employment of visa holder includes profit and loss statement, business balance sheets, net assets , no adverse information about business known to immigration. 2: questions about superannuation, annual salary package, job advertisements for the position in regional and about rcb certificate. 3: tasks of the position in description,for nominee 4: the position and business is located at the same place as location. 5: to proof genuine need to employ the nominee to work and why the position cannot be filled by local residents or Australian citizens.
