Hi Guys I have been a lurker for a while but i now need some help please. So my partner and i are applying for a 190 visa via his trade - panel beater. He was awarded an AQF III upon completion of his skills assessment which i understand awards ten points. However im confused and feel i may have made an error on the EOI- how do we input this into the EOI to claim the ten points as it requests a campus address and start and finish dates of course? Technically he didn't study it was awarded on the basis of his overseas qualification being assessed by TRA via OSAP. Secondly, do i select the 'a qualification or award as recognised by assessing authority' or 'AQF III' option under qualification to gain the ten points? He provided his overseas apprenticeship details as part of the skills assessment but the outcome letter doesn't mentioned this as being 'recognised', they simply awarded him Australian trade qualification -the AQF 3. We have just been invited to lodge the visa (woohoo) but im afraid i have entered the EOI information incorrectly after reading some forums on here :( . Any help from tradies that have had the same issue is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
