One of the items that give 10 points for visa 188a, is the registered trademark: Trademarks registered not less than 1 year before that time and used in the day-to-day activities of the main business. And my question is whether this trademark must be internationally registered or can be registered domestically (I mean registered in the applicant country). Thanks a lot
