  1. Yes please dear wrussell. What are the possible strategies for me based on your professional experience?
  2. Hello dear all, My fiancé and I applied for a prospective marriage visa sub 300 one year ago. Before submitting this application, my fiancé and I decided to come and meet in Thailand in feb 2020. Since then, I have been stuck here due to COVID-19. After getting fiancé to one another last year and being in a relationship for so long, we decided to apply for the prospective marriage visa sub 300 to get married in Australia. Since the processing time is taking longer than expected, we decided to be together here in Thailand again. While enjoying our stay together, we was blessed with a bundle of joy( we are currently waiting for our new child ). Being pregnant for 5 months and recently ( 3 weeks ago ) the immigration replies us that they need more information as quoted below: 1- single certificate ( from me ) 2- police clearance from China, police clearance from Thailand and from my country 3- birth certificate 4- evidence of relationship ( which have been provided ) 5- immigration health examination ( provided ). since her pregnancy is going forward ( 5 to 6 months now ) we are wondering if whether we could buy a flight ticket together returning to Australia in 1 and half month to show that we are willing to go back together in Australia so that I don’t miss the her giving birth to our first child or if she could leave first before the visa get granted to be on the safe side with the baby coming soon. if I provide all the documents as asked by the immigration will the visa be granted ? If so, what can we do at the moment to get the immigration a bit quicker to process our case ? Any advice coming from all of you will be welcomed thank you.
  3. Thank you nemesis. Appreciate it.
  4. 3- immigration health examination
  5. If you apply for a partner visa offshore and then the immigration replies you to bring: 1- police clearance 2- single certificate does that mean that once you bring them all, you’ll be granted a visa ?
