  1. Thanks Guys! I reckon spouse visa is probably the way to go. We both need to work there and it's definitely not a holiday.
  2. Hello all! My Hubby wants to move to London for a short while to see how it compares with Australia!! Does he need a visa? Or work permit or anything we need to apply from here? Can we just go there and look for work because I'm British citizen and he can leverage off me? Any thoughts?
  3. Yeah, I guess!! Just wishfully thinking! Thanks for your responses: True!
  4. 10 years later... I still miss M&S and : UK people they are so nice!! People go out of their way to help you Drivers letting you merge lanes. Caring Employers and colleagues UK TV, radio, comedians, The BBC, The Queen
  5. Looking for some advice- I'm an accountant with 10+ experience. I'm looking for PT role which allows me to WFH. My little one is too young to go to child care. I was wondering if I can get a UK position which allows me to WFH. A bit of background, I am a British Citizen living in Oz for about 10years, all my family are back home. I was Sr Financial Accountant in my last role, the company decided to make me redundant weeks after I told them about my pregnancy. The UK hours would suit so much better as my husband can look after LO when I'm working. I know it's a real "as if" kinda question, just thought I'll see if anyone has a contact and are willing to help a fellow Brit:) Thanks
