The authority office in my home country emailed me that your certificate of good standing is ready and come to get it. then I myself should post it to AHPRA. Do you know that AHPRA will accept this certificate from me instead of directly sent by the authority office in my home country?

I need to request for good standing certificate, but due to some issues I can send my request later in 3 weeks. My provisional application is ready and I can apply it now. If I apply my provisional registration application now and then request the good standing 3 weeks later, dose it delay my application process? Any recommendations would be appreciated.
