I was holding 457 Visa(4 year) under Systems Analyst occupation from April 2015 to April 2019. My Visa got renewed and my nominated occupation changed to systems administrator and I've got 482-TSS Short term from April 2019 to April 2021. My visa again went for renewal for another 1 year under systems administrator(482 TSS Short Term) and I've been issued Bridging Visa-A until my 482 TSS is granted. I'm with the same employer from April-2015 until now. My Question is : I was trying to understand if I am eligible for 186 TRT under grandfathering provision. If yes, then is it possible for my employer to sponsor me on 186 TRT under system administrator or system analyst or occupation doesn't matter? Please provide your advice
