May I ask if your VEVO status has changed from your PR visa to Citizenship after ceremony? And how long did it take to change? Thanks

Hi All ~ I have been a silent member in this forum for quite long time and need some advice in my situation. So I have got my Citizenship application approved in May and waiting for ceremony invitation. But I have to return to my home country asap due to urgent health issues of my family. I just browsed the homeaffairs website about citizenship ceremony and found they will consider a request to attend ceremony at Aus overseas embassy or consulate. So just wondering can I have similar request if I cannot return to Australia in a short time due to the health of my family? Has anyone had similar request and succeeded?or under what circumstances do they usually allow applicants to attend ceremony at Aus overseas embassy or consulate? Thanks

Hi Guys I'm new to here and need some advice. I submitted the citizenship application for my son( 7yrs) and myself in early April 2020(Parramatta). And I have received the interview/test invitation in 14th Jan 2021 and done with 100% passed with no additional document required in 28th January. However, until today, the application status still show as "received". I guess the reason could be my child is not in Australia at the moment. (Both applicant and dependant must be in Aus at the time of approval) And my child unable to come to Aus in short period of time due to this Covid pandemic. In this case, Should I or Can I withdrawal my son's application to get myself approve first? Then I can apply for him in appropriate time after this pandemic. Thanks
