Not seeing your family definitely does not count. Compassion only applies for bereavement or for very sick family members, which you will have to prove.

You dont need to add your baby to your applications. But will need to get Evidence of Citizenship, which can be done on https://online.immi.gov.au/ Once approved you will receive your childs citizenship certificate in the mail and you can then apply for their Australian Passport if required Hope this helps

You should receive an Ceremony Invitation within 6 months of being approved after which you will have 12 months to attend a ceremony. If you dont attend the ceremony within 12 months your application could be cancelled and you will need to re apply.

Below applies to you, basically you have 12 months to attend a ceremony after approval but due to Covid they are willing to extend. Best bet is to visit an Australian counsulate in the UK and see what your options are if you are unable to return on Australia.
