They update this every 3 months i guess, it does not change your place in the line nor your wait time. Just a statistic to say, we are doing our job.

It won't cause any problems unless you make changes at the application without your agent's knowledge which might be the only reason the make them angry.

Yes, but homeaffairs site were not updated yet with the new timeline when i checked. Since you applied 3 months before me, i should expect yours to be granted first to get excited.

Hi @girafales Still waiting since 28 September without any update except health check.

My company was working with an agent; they told me that I could use theirs or find my own agent or even do it by myself. I don't think any company will force to use their agent, but I think there might be certain advantages to use theirs like lower fees and more importantly most of the documentation already prepared if the workplace made other applications in the past.
