Hi all, just quick question for 186 DE Visa, do i need to do a Labour Market Test when applying for it? I work for the same employer for almost two years and i have 3 years overseas experience. My application is ready to be submitted just want to confirm the LMT requirement before i submit it. anyone has any idea? or know someone applied for the same visa recently? your help will be much appretiated. Congratulations Just wondering, did you do Labour Maket Test where you post an ad on jobactive website? if you did, how long was it for? and if now, what was the alternative? Besides, how long have you been on 482 for? and do you have any idea if the period on 482 will affect the 186DE application?

Hi, I am currently holding a subclass 482 which was granted 2 months ago, a few weeks after that i have received a positive Skill Assessment (3 Years Work Experience in the past 5 Years). The question is: Can I apply for 186 through Direct Entry Stream? and what would be the requirements from both the employer and myself? Note that I am a Civil Engineer. Thanks
