It seems the tests has not resumed as well and DoHA has not started working normally yet after Xmas holidays. I think they will resume tests etc in a week time. They are still on holidays I think.

Hi there, I do not think they ask about Marriage certificate. They going to check your Birth certificate, Passport, license. I am not sure why you submitted your marriage certificate in the application?
