Good evening everyone, Would anyone know if there is a new email address we could reach the parent visa center at? We have just submitted a paper application and despite the courier delivery, no one has reached out to us confirming its receipt. The people I reach via phone at Home Affairs have no idea about a paper applications' receipt. That makes us quite worried. And I did do a search in the forum but that email address (parents@immi.gov.au) no longer seems to be valid. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Thank you, Vlad
