HI Shaun, No, we are waiting for their response, Regarding my application I was only contacted in last year sep and we submitted the details in given 14 days time frame and nothing heard so far. However, they contacted our agent in July 2021 about another applicant (Our company sponsored two people) and agent responded promptly and since then no response. It was almost 3 months and no movement in any of the applications. It's been so stressful when I think about this PR....its taking forever - 17 months and still waiting. Anyways every case is different, I have been noticing some people getting their grants in 3 weeks as well recently, hope things will move ahead as Aus about to open up again. HI Kevin, Yes, it is taking longer than anticipated. Well, it depends on various factors and may vary case to case. I am waiting since June 2020 and the Immi status is still under "Further Assessment" - all we can do is wait. I tried contacting immigration and they said Covid 19 is impacting the time lines and asked to hang in there. Well, Immi have asked a few questions which our migration agent responded within a weeks time and no response after that, i think it was somewhere around June 2021. Your case might be different but it was for sure taking longer than what it shows on your immi account. Hope for the best. Regards,

Hi there, did anyone faced the following situation ?? Immigration officers coming to office for a verification check ?? My employee sponsored another applicant 5 months before (dec 2019) and immigration officers visited our office for a verification check - is that common or just happened in our case ?? They didn’t ask for me when they visited our office but back in Sep my case was opened and CO asked for S56 and we submitted the details within the time frame. I have submitted my application back in May 2020 and still waiting for a response. Any help or suggestions would be highly appreciated. regards,

HI All, I was one of the silent readers of this group and would like to ask if any one recently got an update for Computers and Systems engineer subclass? Visa submitted - 11 May 2020 Case officer allocated - 25 sep 2020 Submitted all the details within a week and since then waiting for the update. Current Status - Further Assessment. Any suggestions/ responses would be highly appreciated.

My application status has been changed from initial assessment to further assessment, it’s 186 DE, can someone please advise how long it might take or some kind of time frames?? Application lodged - 11 May 2020, CO assigned 28 Aug 2020, initial assessment - details submitted 14 sep 2020, status changed to further assessment today. seeking some advise and time frames? Thanks everyone.

Computers network and systems enginner File submitted in May 2020, CO allocated End of Aug and additional docs submitted a couple of days ago!

Yeah everything is legit and we didn't know why the person who called from immigration was so upset, the only statement we are worried about is she said she will prepare a report and there is nothing wrong with the contract as well, they submitted it according to fairworks instead of regular company contract. Anyways, hope for the best!

HI All, My employer has applied 2 nominations around same time, and my colleagues nomination has some issues with the contract and CO requested further information and company has submitted all the details and then my employer received a call from immigration about clarification regarding the contract(she is not the CO) - is that a bad sign? Also, will that impact my nomination too as it was through same employer? CO's are different but employer is the same. Also, looks like the person who called from immigration is not satisfied with the answers too, she mentioned she will prepare a report and submit it to higher authorities for decision making. Was a bit scared and confused, please advise. TIA.
