Hi All I wanted to figure out the timeline once a letter confirming the position is asked by Immigration. Attaching the timelines and also if you have any experience , let me know. I am curious to understand if there are any criteria of processing or is it just lucky draw. Thanks Rahul. Have you come across situation whose nomination is not approved but asked to do medical and police check . It has been 6 months since everything was done yet nothing moved. should we reach out to immigration ? Same here. Have been waiting for 10 months and they asked for medical / police check in May , post that it is in further assessment status. Long wait ,not sure when it will end.

Waiting game that never seems to end. Hope you get it soon. I guess it is to do with the job code / company revenue and also some companies have priority processing which makes it quick for them.
