    Hi, Two quick questions: 1) After being granted the 309, how long does it take for Immi to get in touch about the 100? 2) Given the Covid exemptions, has anyone on here entered/left Aus on more than one occasion with a 309? Thanks, C

    Hi, Has anyone applied to have their entry period extended? If so, could you please let me know about the process? My VISA was granted last year and, as things stand, I have to enter Aus by early December. Thanks, L

    I wondered the same about having the medical, etc. front loaded, too. We applied on 4 Dec. 2019 and uploaded absolutely everything (apart from the medical). Received an RFI for the medical on 6 Nov. 2020. Undertook the medical on 12 Nov., and then grant came through this morning. Drop me a line if you have any questions about my experience of the medical. G’luck with everything C

    Medical: I had it on 12 November in London, and it was uploaded by the medical centre within 3 working days. AFP: my partner may have to get another police check as her 12-month clearance period is up in mid-December.

    Pre-Covid, ours took around 2 weeks to arrive in the UK. Given the current climate, I guess that it could take a few weeks more? If possible, could you have them sent to an Australian address, and have someone scan the doc(s)? We had an RFI for a medical on 7 November, so fingers crossed that it won't take them too much longer to reach a decision.

    We applied from London in early December and uploaded all of the required docs/evidence, too. Our status also says 'received'. Does anyone know if immi is still looking at offshore apps? Or is everything on hold for the foreseeable? Thanks, W
