Chilli and Uruguay in South America Vietnam and Thailand in Asia Can I use an agency for these countries?

Hi there, I have to submit a police check from a country in South America where I lived more than 12 months. It looks like it's complicated but I found an agency which can help me to deal with the paperwork and apply for the certificate on my behalf. Can we use this kind of service or do we do to it "the official" way? Thank you.

Hi, we applied for a partner visa with my partner and I have to complete my employment history. There is a country in south east Asia where I lived and work with a tourist visa. I have to put my legal statue in the country when I was living there. I am worried that it would be a red flag as I wasn't supposed to work with a tourist visa. It's a country where everybody does that and I didnt think about it back in the time. I was always holding a visa and never overstayed or anything though. Any thoughts? Many thanks. Morice
