Hi all, I'm planning to submit a subsequent entrant visa application for my wife. But Biometric collection center (VFS Global) is currently closed in my country due to COVID-19 issues. Did anyone recently submit any visa application? Will they process the visa without submitting the biometrics?

Thanks for the help. I contacted them a few days ago and they have replied to me today saying that it is no longer needed for the application.

Thanks for the link. I also found this link when I searched google, but I believe this is an old version of the form (2013) and I have seen a newer version of it. Not sure where I can get the latest one...

Hi all, I'm filling the student visa subsequent entrant visa form. There I need to submit this form 919 - Nomination of Student Dependants (https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/help-text/evidence/Pages/et-h0259.aspx) form link: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/form-listing/forms/919.pdf . But that form is not loading, it gives the error 401 UNAUTHORIZED. Can any one of you share the form if you have a copy of it or please advise me on how to access the form? Thanks in advance :)
