My owner is ready to do lodge any visa but his lawyer is telling me rhat part time is not counted for 186DE. Want to know is that ok or not.

My agent told me that i am eligible(means both part time and full time can apply) and my owners lawyer told me that i am not.(part time not included). So in delimma

Hi every one, anyone one recently applied for 186 DE in any occupation. Do the work experience of combined(part + full ) time is eligible to apply for this visa or not. Any one have the same case please let me know . Also the work experience before skill assessment is ok or not. I have cert IV( chef) based on RPL and also skill assessed. thanks
