ARP

I was granted a Working Holiday (subclass 417) visa on 12th September 2019. I have not yet activated my visa and was expecting to activate it in July 2020, however, the border restrictions have put a halt to that. Looking for information as to what will happen if I can't enter the country before 12th September 2020? Will the expiration date be extended? Thanks in advance.
