Hello I have been living back in the UK for 7 years. I wanted to claim my super back from Australia. When I spoke to the people in control of my super years ago I was informed that if I cancelled my permanent visa I could then claim it back. The travel conditions of my skilled 175 visa have now expired and I'm not sure if my visa is now useless anyway. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Hello I've been out of Australia for nearly 7 years. I'm living back in the UK. The travel section of my visa has expired. I currently don't have any intention of living back in Australia however I may like to come back with my children for a holiday. If I understand my visa correctly I will not be able to renew the travel condition of my visa as I have been out of the country for to long but I also can't apply for a holiday visa because I still have my skilled 175 visa active. My question is if someone could please help and tell me if this is correct. Or advise me on the correct way to go to sort this out please Thank you Wayne
