Apologies for resurrecting a very old post but how are you able to extend your 6 month working rights? I am with a company on a bridging visa waiting for a 461, and we applied through their migration lawyer to have my 6monthly working rights lifted but was sent back from the visa office that we are unable to extend as I’m on a bridging visa.... very confused by it all and very confused as to why their lawyer didn’t know that was the case?
