My partner lives in Scotland. We have been engaged for 5 1/2 years . We have travelled back and forth 20 times between us. The plan is for him to move out. We do not know which Visa to first use to come out that allows him to apply for a temporary partner visa as some don't . Can anybody help us. Thanks. Also is it better to use a Migration agent in Australia or in Scotland?
