In my opinion, if that guy went for AAT, it might affect yours, if that guy just gave up his application, you should be all good for your trt application, it's very dangerous to sponsor 2 people at the same time for 400,000 turnover even they are not the same position. -

Yes, you can, but it must be offshore visa application, you have to leave Australia.

How did you get your 457 visa approved then as you didn't have any certificates... I'm a cook as well Applied nomination: 28/02/2020 Lodged 186 visa: 09/04/2020 Both of them are still 'received'

Hi, everyone, I'm new to here, on 28/02/2019, my MA submitted my nomination application. the position is Cook, I'm a Chinese and the company is a Chinese Restaurant in regional area, it's a small business, 2019 finalcial year we made 4,000 profit, and the taking of the year was 320,000 the issue was before i came here, the company was loss and the retained profit was 50000(negative), will this affect my nomination approval? I'm the only full-time employee and the employer is working in the restaurant as well, he paid himself as a part time worker. Much appreciated for your help.
