My parents recently received an email to proceed with Medical & Police clearance after 4 years waiting ( applied March 2016) . Due to his old age & current physical condition( limited mobility due to Osteoporosis ) now my father decided to withdraw his application. However, we want to proceed with my mothers application who is the primary applicant as well. Now, case officer is saying that even if my father withdraw his application both need to go through medical checks & if my father fails my mother application will be rejected even though my father withdraw his application. Not understanding the reason. Anyone have similar experience or explain why my father need to undergo through medical checks if he withdraw his application? //Rizwan
