Hi I’m really hoping someone can help me out, basically I am a 38 year old gas fitter and have had my own business for 12 years, I’m acs qualified however do not have my NVQ In Plumbing which I’m hoping to fast track, I’m using a migration agent but she seems to think my ACS won’t count, I’m very confused as gas fitter is in the skills list and I’ve read threads to say other gas engineers only has ACS qualification, any advice would be greatly appreciated by anyone who has or is about to apply under similar circumstances. Migration agent is telling me that I need to be sponsored to obtain a visa ?? Thanks
