I got a RFI yesterday from the Bangkok Office for applicants Police Check. NB: Police Check Pakistan was not applied due to limited validity. DOL: 06/04/2020 Biometrics:12/11/2020 Medical: 28/12/2020 RFI: Applicant Police Certificate ( Pakistan) Processing Centre: Bangkok.

Hi Mitho. What RFI did they require? - I thought all applications are online, why do they require post? I have not received any communications. No RFI or anything like that. The waiting game is hard, especially during the pandemic where we can’t visit each other!

Hi. My husband will applying for the 309 visa (partner visa). I will be sponsoring him as an Australian citizen. Does anyone have any checklist of the forms they had to submit? Both for me and my husband. thanks for all the help

Looking at this forum, is really helping! I have a couple of questions! A bit about me, recently got married in Karachi in Jan 2020. I am in the process of applying. I am an Australian citizen by birth while my husband is Pakistani. It is somewhat an arrange marriage, actually we are cousins. Whenever we visitor Pakistan we have a couple of photos together in a group setting, but this We don’t have that much evidence together as everything happened so fast as I had to join back at work. The evidence that we have is we attended a wedding together, went out with family and some selfies. Due to religious reasons we had decided to communicate thoroughly after the Nikkah, and we only have WhatsApp messages and phone call screen shots. So basically only 1 month of communication at the moment As it was a Nikkah (marriage) we are not living together as I had to come back for work purposes. We don’t have any bank account together as I couldn’t open one bing a foreign citizen. when do you think it’s a good time to apply. What else evidence will use in my case?

Hi Everyone. I have just recently come back from Pakistan and had my Nikkah done in Jan 2020. My story is as follows I am an Australian citizen and husband is from Pakistan. What evidence do I need to provide to apply for 309 Visa?. Some notes to take. - We just had our Nikkah done, so no live in relationship this was decided due as I had to join back at work. - Nikkah was small event at home. - It was a arranged marriage (we are cousins so we knew a bit of each other from before) , have some photos with each other in groups. - we couldn’t open a bank account together me being a foreign citizen in Pakistan. - Do you think it’s appropriate to apply straight away like within the next month? - when writing our story should we mention that we have family terms from the beginning? Sorry for all the questions! Just so much to take in at the moment.
