InshaAllah you will get a call from them, they give timeline between 14 to20 months its mean during this period they should finalize your case. But look your case you are now on 28 months, did you applied throw immi account? Did you talk to any lawyer?

Subclass 309/100 processing time for Afghanistan

Hi Mohsen But the global processing time is 17 to 20 months, -
I’ve applied for 309/100 in 3rd November 2018 supplied all docs and done my medical and biometric in 20 November 2018. And i received mail after one year from immigration they said that your application for a partner visa is in progress.your application takes time to process as we complete a number of thorough checks.i want to know how long it does take more time. Its almost 15months I'm waiting, is any one here from Afghanistan??
