My view is that’s a large black box for HAD to selectively open case. The larger the employer business, the higher the chance to get your case being reviewed. One thing is pretty sure it’s not first in first serve I believe.

Would like to share my timeline here based on Information provided by MA appointee by my employer Nomination Application submitted - 23/10/19 Nomination approved 29/10/19 Visa Application submitted 30/10/19 Initial Assessment 14/11/2019 S53 further documents (Police Certificate) requested 14/11/2019 HAD received police certificate 30/11/2019 Visa granted 18/12/19 Occupation code - 263111 Seems department keeps working and granting visa before Christmas and New Year. Hope those who are waiting will receive good news soon
