Hi, I would like to ask for your help regarding this visa. My partner and I got engaged August of 2019 during our trip to Australia, but have been together for almost thirteen years. He stayed to spend more time with his family until November and applied for a student visa. His visa was recently granted on December 7,2019. I intend to apply as his dependent while he is studying his master’s degree at Kaplan Business School. He declared he is engaged in his application, and now that it has been approved, can we apply for a subsequent entrant visa even if we are not yet married? Hope you guys can help us.
